Haha, notice the shoe is missing something?  Yeah, couldn't un-clip so had to leave the shoe in the pedal until the good people from Breakaway Bikes came to the rescue!

You Know You Are Addicted When...

you plan your work wardrobe around your Spin workouts...yup, that would be me!

Today, I was actually happy to see that it was raining cause it meant that I could wear my workout pants with my wellies which would allow for a quick change just in time for the 5:30 Spin class!

Crazy I know but I also know you've all got something you Love, Obsess over or just can't get enough of so share...what is it and when did you first realized it?
